ASAP Software, a global software services company and hardware reseller, is ranked high on this year's VARBusiness 500 list, grabbing the #52 spot among the largest companies in the IT industry. The VARBusiness 500 are selected based on surveys sent to each applicant. The list is comprised of technology resellers that continue to thrive in a rough economy.
The key to this success, according to results compiled by VARBusiness, is each company's strict adherence to its specific business model, maintaining focus and discipline in everything they do.
ASAP's incredible growth over years is evident from its first appearance in the VARBusiness 500 in 1995, when it was ranked 276. It's now in the VARBusiness 100, a prestigious list of the top 100 companies in the industry and the people who got them there. The top 100 companies are pulled from the VARBusiness 500 and featured in a special article in VARBusiness Magazine’s online edition.
Paul Jarvie, president of ASAP, is listed among executives from global sales and services companies such as IBM, HP, Novell, Toshiba, CDW, Level 3, DecisionOne, PeopleSoft, Sybase and Siebel.
"This is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of everyone as ASAP. Growth in this industry doesn't come easy anymore. Everyone here recognizes that and continues to earn business from our customers every day," he said. |
