REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR SOFTWARE FOR UK AND IRELAND
REPORTS TO: Director & General Manager Software EMEA LOCATION: Bracknell UK GENERAL SUMMARY The regional sales director is responsible for: - Software business: Strategy, performance and growth - Managing the internal and external software sales force - People development of the team
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieves software quarterly objectives, like revenue, margin.
- Directs overall sales function in assigned area of responsibility.
- Provides management by establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.
- Designs and implement sales programs that help sales to achieve the business objectives (I.e. Training programs, Information sessions, Spiffs, Promos).
- Is responsible for the quality of weekly outlook, including timeliness of submission by a.o. by detailed pipeline tracking and reviews, strong sales communication.
- Analyzes various reports to determine improvements areas and plan/implement improvement actions.
- Management, coaching and development of sales team.

- Wide variety of complex tasks, working with partial/conflicting data and providing less obvious solutions
- Other: The job requires some international travel
