AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: Braknell, UK Your responsibility will be to concentrate on proactively developing, managing and maximizing revenue opportunities within assigned customer accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market & sell Software Licensing to existing and new customers
- Keep customer issues to minimum and ensure that any that do arise are resolved in a timely manner and to the optimum customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for implementing account plans and strategies to meet your financial targets & objectives
- Work with sales management and the external sales team to identify and develop a pipeline of business opportunities
- Complete all Sales Reports as required by management
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years proven track record in a similar relationship selling role, during which you will have consistently overachieved your targets
- Planning and organization skills
- Customer focused & results orientated
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to interact and negotiate with Key decision makers within an organization.
- Experience of the Market an advantage (but not a pre requisite).
