Regional marketing program manager
General role summary:
This position will lead the marketing planning and execution of the Software Publishers products for all market segments in Germany.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the Dell | ASAP Software positioning in the marketplace
- Develop, drive and execute marketing programs for all market segments
- Develop relationships with appropriate Software partners
- Work closely with marketing teams to gain support for programs. Develop relationships with Publishers to ensure alignment on key initiatives
- Drive activity, programs, training and communication messages and product information
- Communicate marketing plans to all Sales members and drive effectiveness and value add of marketing activities
- Develop and ensure training of Sales teams
- Ensure close co-operation with sales teams
- Co-ordinate sales incentive programs designed to drive sales results
- Develop and communicate metrics in order to measure success and profitability of programs
Education /skills/experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Native or fluent in German and English
- 1-5 years Marketing experience preferably on software products
- Understanding of the PC industry, including key technologies, major competitors, product and industry trends, market and typical marketing practices, product positioning
- Strong negotiation and partner management skills
- Key Dell competencies required for this role include Customer Focus, Drive for Results.
